Tracey spent the first 15 years of her career with HP in management, marketing and engineering roles. In 1999, she emigrated from the US to the UK and helped to found Plastic Logic, a pioneer in printed polymer electronics. She then became VP, Business Development for Xennia Technology, a leading industrial inkjet integrator.
Tracey joined Meteor Inkjet in 2015. She serves on the board of the European Specialist Printing Manufacturers Association. She holds an MBA from the Judge Institute, University of Cambridge and a BA in physics and mathematics from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a member of Meteor’s sustainability taskforce.
